The system can capture room booking details, i.e. meeting events, date/time, venues and invited guest emails, from Microsoft 365 Cloud or Microsoft Outlook On-Premises.
QUICK SIGN-IN
Streamlined check-in process with better visitor experience, no more paper-sign-in sheet and slow queuing at the reception. Support group sign-in by receptionist or by host.
VISITOR BADGE
Visitor name-badges can be automatically printed and re-printed after verifying guest sign-in code.
IPAD SIGN-IN
Multiple iPads can be paired to create more sign-in kiosks to speed up the sign-in process.
HOST NOTIFICATION
System will automatically send email notification to employee (host) upon guest arrival sign-in.
EVENT MANAGEMENT
Employee (host) can create/update event, with event date, event titles, date & time and venue, before inviting guests.
PERMISSION
Admin users can manage the user groups and user permissions of employees and receptionists.
SEAT PLAN
Provide a tool for admin users to create seat-plans with user-definable seat numbers that will be will be assigned with guest names during event sign-in.
DATABASE
System users can manage the visitor data, sort, filter and export data for visitor trend analysis, and view real-time visitor log.
FLOOR MAP
Floor-map of department or meeting room can be system generated and attached to the invitation email to guest.
INTEGRATION
Support system integration to our Room Booking System and Digital Signage System or any third-party system and IoT devices.
